1.0.12 — "I moved", and a guess that finds you

Two small things on top of 1.0.11, both about the first message after something changed.

“I moved.” When a device changes relays — automatic selection picked a closer one, a network came and went, the app was closed on one network and opened on another — it now tells every peer in every shared space where it listens, in one frameless bundle, before its first cycle on the new relay. Peers used to learn this only when the moved device next wrote something; a device that only read stayed unreachable at its old address until the route timed out.

A guess that finds you. A recipient nobody holds a route for, but who wrote within the last month, is offered the message at every official relay rather than only at the sender’s — the delta book keeps that to one copy of the history per relay and then only what is new. A device with no sign of life in a month keeps the single guess it always had: a retired phone must not cost the relays three histories.

Neither is a lookup; there is none, on purpose. They remove the need for one on the two paths where the first message used to wait.
